Oct 10th: A Place To Call Home

I'm reminded nearly everyday as I walk into work that there are people out there who are homeless and spend their days on the streets and if they're lucky, spend their nights in a shelter.

I am very fortunate that I have a place I call home to retire to every night. A place where I will always find food, a place where I will always stay safe, and a place where there will always be a warm cozy bed at night for me to sleep in. It's an easy thing to take for granted, but today I am taking a time out to be grateful for my home.
