Oct 8th: Changing of Seasons

I know I've already mentioned my thankfulness for the nice weather we've been having, but I have to mention how much I appreciate the changing of seasons. Living in Iowa grants me the gift to experience these changes. Jake and I went to Ledges State Park this past weekend and hiked a couple different trails. We were surrounded by hundreds of big trees, with their leaves in vibrant red and yellow hues, complimented by the warm sunshine. It was a beautiful sight.
