Abs and Back Class - I took advantage of an abs class through work before and loved it. A short but effective workout of your core. Washboard abs - here I come!

The Horrific Killer Pandas return to the court after a long holiday break.
It's been close to a month since I've seen KC and I'm ecstatic to be having dinner with her and catching up on all the new developments in her life.
